Cal Guixater is an old Catalan house from 1888 where the old residents sold products from their own land and made wine, vermut and olive oil. In the large barn next to the house, the molino, the gypsum mill turned and gypsum was made from stones from the hills. That also explains the name of the house, guix is Catalan for gypsum. With the renovation we tried to maintain the authentic atmosphere of the house. The house has a surprising entrance and a spacious living room that gives access to the first terrace. On the first floors there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and a spacious living room for communal use. All these spaces are available to the guests. On the second floor, the attic, there will be a fourth bedroom or apartment. We live in an apartment on the ground floor with its own facilities.
